We are sourcing high-performance shell and lining fabrics for automotive car cover production. Total annual volume is approximately 1,000,000 meters. Please provide your tiered pricing (FOB) based on the specifications below.
1. Outer Shell Fabric Specifications
Performance Requirements: High color fastness (UV resistant), DWR (Durable Water Repellent), PU coated.
Bonding & Mechanical Properties: Must have excellent heat-sealing/seam-tape adhesion, high tensile and tear strength.
2. Inner Lining Fabric Specifications
Performance Requirements: Zero linting / non-shedding, ultra-soft hand-feel (scratch-resistant for auto paint
I’m looking for a fabric suitable for trench coats with the following requirements:
Pattern:A subtle peony floral pattern in a tone-on-tone color scheme. The pattern should be visible up close but almost disappear from a distance, creating a refined, understated look.
Waterproofness:Hydrostatic pressure of 10,000 mm.
Breathability:10,000 g/m²/24h.
Finished weight:** Around 220 GSM.
Development:Small-quantity development is preferred.
We would like to develop a small quantity first for evaluation. Once the fabric has been tested and approved, we will proceed with bulk production.
