We are developing an ultralight, fully waterproof and breathable running shell jacket 。 We need a true 2-layer (2L) face-fabric + waterproof/breathable membrane laminate suitable for direct use against the runner’s clothing without any additional lining.
Our fabric priorities, in order:
Minimal TOTAL finished laminate weight – target 42 g/m² or lower, including membrane, adhesive and finishes;
Reliable waterproofness ≥20,000 mm hydrostatic head, with the exact test method and reports;
Excellent vapor transfer while running – target ≥20,000 g/m²/24 h, specifying the exact JIS L 1099 test method; please also supply RET / ISO 11092 results if available (ideally RET <13, lower is better);
Soft and quiet hand feel, flexibility
